Wellness finds many forms.
Some days it's a walk with my dogs in nature, coffee with a friend, or canceling plans to rest.
Knowing what our bodies need to gently guide our souls back on the course takes awareness and attention.
You may have noticed the class schedule has shifted, another course change, just know we're busy building and creating more for our lovely community..so stay tuned!
During this shift we have greatly expanded our wellness offerings to include:
Massage - reduce pain, promote relaxation, improve sleep
Moms Circle - calm the nervous system, reduce worry, connect with others
Meditation - induces physical relaxation, increases patience and tolerance
