It's easy to talk about wellness, the practice, well, takes a lot of patience.
As I write to you this early morning a sweet bird outside my window sings away and I think to myself how easy it is to get caught up in the "doing".
This bird is definitely in the moment.
We're entering a busy season indeed. That said, how can you allow time for meaningful interactions, connection to the actions which serve you and others, and quiet introspection?
My offering is to pause....take a gentle breath in, hold the breath for a heartbeat and then let it release slowly through the mouth.
Be gentle with yourself today.
No bones about it - a saying from Old English about finding bones in your soup; that's unpleasant, the great news is...
practicing yoga for as little as eight to ten minutes a day increases bone density lowering the risk of osteoporosis.
This month we're offering a workshop that will guide you through 20 poses and a workbook you can take home too :)
Wishing for support and community? If so, our women's circle is back. Each month a new topic is introduced so jump on in and receive!
We also have a new massage therapist who is offering a 15% savings to first time clients.
And if you're like me and need to slow your roll, try our gentle yoga and yin practice.
All of the info for signing up is on our EVENTS PAGE and YOGA PAGE.
Honored to support your journey in wellness,
Amy Chlebek Lloyd
