Wednesday, 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM Mid-day, mid-week yoga break. This all levels class is designed to help you realign with your body/spirit/soul. The music will inspire you and the movement and time with others will give you a much needed connection.
Saturday, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM This class introduces gentle flow and movement connected with deep stretch and restorative mediation. We will focus on stretching, strengthening, flowing, and resting. Let this be your Saturday morning energizer.
Sunday, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM This all-levels class will include a blend of yoga inspired deep stretches as well as functional movements that help to relieve tension in the body. We will ease into movements that benefit the body in a healthy way. Sunday Stretch is a wonderful complement to any existing fitness regimen or anyone looking to gain more flexibility.
