Monday, 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM Begin your week off with a well-rounded yoga experience. All levels are welcome. The class focuses on breathwork, building up heat and energy in the body, then transitioning to finding stillness with a soothing nurturing yin. During yin poses are held for longer periods of time targeting deep connective tissues.
Monday Flow Monday, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM This all-levels class introduces gentle flow and movement connected with deep stretch and restorative mediation. We will focus on stretching, strengthening, flowing, and resting.
Wednesday, 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM Mid-day, mid-week yoga break. This all levels class is designed to help you realign with your body/spirit/soul. The music will inspire you and the movement and time with others will give you a much needed connection.
