Please arrive 10 minutes early to class so that you can have a few minutes to settle in and find your space on the mat. Out of respect for all class members and instructors, our doors will lock just before the class begins so all may experience a calming yoga environment, namaste!
Monday Yang to Yin
Monday, 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM Begin your week off with a well-rounded yoga experience. All levels are welcome. The class focuses on breathwork, building up heat and energy in the body, then transitioning to finding stillness with a soothing nurturing yin. During yin poses are held for longer periods of time targeting deep connective tissues.
Wednesday, 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM Join us for our mid-day, mid-week yoga offering. This all-levels class is designed to realign body, mind, breath & spirit. Surrounded by a warm, like minded community, we’ll reconnect with effort & ease, movement & stillness.
Saturday, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM This class introduces gentle flow and movement connected with deep stretch and restorative mediation. We will focus on stretching, strengthening, flowing, and resting. Let this be your Saturday morning energizer.
Private Yoga Session Are you new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice? Private yoga sessions are a fantastic way to have one on one instruction, guidance, and support. Each session will be tailored to you and will assist in strengthening, stretching, and relaxation depending on your specific needs. If you prefer to share the session with a friend please inquire.
