Amy LloydAmy has been practicing yoga since her early 20's after retiring from college gymnastics. She believes the blending of physical, mental, and spiritual connections made through yoga is transformative for lowering stress, tension and gaining clarity and strength. Amy teaches meditation and centering techniques in her classes and blends a lighthearted approach of non-judgment and openness to all. Her goal is rooted in educating the benefits of a consistent practice of yoga and sharing this with the community. As a licensed professional counselor, Amy incorporates the mind-body approach to mental and physical wellness.

Tracy HallTracy is a wellness & mindset coach and has spent over 30 years in the fitness industry as an athlete, trainer, speaker, and wellness coach. She loves helping women help themselves upgrade their self-care and wellness so they can live the life they want.
She enjoys helping women feel and function at their best, and she encourages women to approach this phase of their life with equal interest to inner and outer health. Tracy lives in a suburb of Atlanta with her husband and son. When she's not walking and talking with clients, she loves spending her time watching her son play baseball and exploring the many amazing restaurants in the area. Every once in a while, she also loves to slip on her classic Rollerblades and take a spin around the neighborhood. |
Monique SaitowitzMonique loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help deepen one’s practice. She seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind, and soul through yoga, and her hope is that every person steps off their mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
She has logged almost 2500 hours of teaching and has completed both YACEP and E-RYT designations. Additionally, she has completed CYT- 500, CMT-500, CYT-500 Kundalini, Reiki Master. Pilates, Yoga Barre, and Aerial. |
Monika SenanayakeMonika Senanayake graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Georgia State University. Post-graduation, she was offered and accepted a position as a fitness tech at the Wellness Center and as an exercise physiologist at Dekalb Medical's Heart Wellness Center.
She pursued a career in massage therapy and graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage. A nationally certified massage therapist, Monika is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). |
