Recently I was invited to share chair yoga with a group of wonderful women who like many, spend their time supporting others.
Their positive reception to the experience of movement brought conversation afterward about physical and emotional stressors in life and how this shows up in our bodies.
We DO know this is all connected.
If our connection to others determines everything, how do we first make that connection to self?
One avenue is the movement of yoga. Connection to the body through practice, even chair yoga will make a difference.
With the time shift, you'll have an extra hour so why not...
Take five minutes to move your spine and limbs in a direction that feels good, no formal yoga poses are required. May this energy shift bring you peace.
