As kids, we did this without even trying. In positive psychology "The Flow" occurs when we are in an experiential moment with creative and focused attention. Sounds nice. When was the last time you lost track of time experiencing something so freeing? The Flow comes in many forms from tai chi to painting or exercising. I think my dog Leicester is in the flow most moments. Take a breath and ponder where you catch your flow. If yoga or meditation popped up for you, notice this too. ...and return to you.
