In this winter month, we begin to notice the increase in daylight;
​
however,

still,

the cold,

grey damp weather can loom over us.

Our energy levels wax and wane but also remember that movement will elevate mood dramatically.

Women's Self-Care Circle

Wednesday, February 15, 2023
7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

How can we gently glide back into connection feeling supported and heard; filled up and not overwhelmed?
Attending a women’s self-care circle is a form of radical wellness where you will gift yourself the wisdom of clarity, connection, and balance.

Circles with a sacred center are ancient, and one of the oldest forms of interaction where stories were shared and traditions and wisdom kept them alive and healthy. Today, these beautiful circles of women create a stronger community, unplug from the needs of our outer worlds, and go inward, gently calming our nervous systems.

Your guide:
Tracy Hall wellness coach and leader, has worked for 30 years in the health & fitness industry as an athlete, trainer, speaker, educator, and coach. She feels most filled up when she helps women create lives from which they no longer wish to escape.

Breathwork with Laura Grace Gill

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful technique for exploration, discovery, healing, and personal growth. Working with the breath enables you to take better care of yourself and release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. Most people leave breathwork sessions feeling clearer, calmer, more content, and relaxed. You’ll breathe during a curated playlist which enhances the experience and will help you focus.

"Laura will explain and demonstrate the technique and some of the things you may experience with humor and straightforwardness. After the Active Breathing, she’ll take you through a guided Heart Opening that will leave you FILLED with Gratitude and Love."

After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Many people report having profound experiences. Your experience will be unique to you and your path. Breathwork is different for everyone and unique each time you do it. We provide props, but you can bring your mat and anything else you would like to make yourself comfortable such as a blanket, eye pillow, etc.
