BeAnne CreegerBeAnne has been practicing and studying the philosophy of yoga for over 20 years. She received the 500-hour advanced certification from Peachtree Yoga Center in 2008 where she had the unique opportunity to study the deeper teachings of the Yoga Sutras under the personal guidance of Dr. Michel Angot, a world-renowned expert Sanskrit professor from the University of Paris. She believes that all beings exist within a field of energy that is so subtle, yet affects our emotional and physical well-being. Sometimes the flow of energy becomes contracted, opening ourselves up to disease, illnesses or injuries.

Abby CorneroAbby has been teaching yoga for four years. Having completed her 200YTT through a Hatha yoga school, she went to complete an additional 400+ hours of training through Holy Yoga International. For the past few years, she has studied and practiced asana, pranayama, meditation, healing touch, as well as the exploring the intersection of her faith with her yoga. As an artist and a musician, you can expect a creative touch in all of her flows, with her occasionally singing an acoustic song for savasana on either guitar or ukulele. Yoga taught her how to walk in the fullness of who she is and who she is meant to be, and through teaching she hopes to inspire others to find and honor their true identities and their inherent, unique gifts.
