Sonya’s joyful teaching style relies strongly on creative sequencing, irreverent humor, poetic language and boundless enthusiasm. Her gentle guidance and playful approach extend from her fascination with the body as an instrument of creative expression and spiritual connection. In pursuit of a deeper understanding of the mind-body mystery, Sonya came to yoga as a classically trained dancer, teacher and choreographer. She has been lovingly guiding dancers and yoga practitioners with authenticity, compassion and conscious connection for more than thirty years.
Sonya is an E-RYT500 certified yoga teacher and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She has completed, led, mentored and co-facilitated several 200, 300 & 500-hour teacher training and certification courses and workshops through LIFT Yoga + Body, Peachtree Yoga Center / Atlanta Yoga Fellowship and Johns Creek Yoga / Blue Lotus Yoga. Sonya extends a humble bow of gratitude to the teachers, students, and artists who have so generously shared the knowledge and wisdom that inform her teaching and personal practice.

                            Kellie Iannone

Picture

Kellie is a certified coach who specializes in helping women make transformational shifts in their personal and professional lives. Core to her coach approach is the fundamental belief that her clients are whole and resourceful as they are;  they possess an inner knowing that, when cultivated, best serves and guides them. As a certified coach and founder of Treetop Coaching, she uses the co-creative coaching methodology to help clients turn these insights into values-based, authentic action, creating meaningful, lasting change.
In addition to group and individual coaching, Kellie leads women’s retreats aimed to connect women with their bodies and wisdom, and tap into the collective strength of a supportive community.
These retreats have attracted participants from New York to Florida – a true testament to the deep need in today’s society for women to have a safe space to reflect and reconnect with themselves. Kellie also volunteers at the Ignatius House as a retreat facilitation team leader for the Ignatian Spirituality Project, which serves women recovering from homelessness and addiction.
A curious self-reinventer and student of life herself, Kellie pivoted to coaching after a successful 25+-year-career leading corporate internal communications teams. Having worked closely with executive leadership teams for several Fortune 100 companies in Atlanta, Kellie channeled her passion for creating meaning, driving awareness and understanding, and inspiring action within organizations to the individual level.
Kellie lives in Marietta with her fiancé, daughter, twin bonus boys (they are all the same age!) and beloved Schnauzer mix, Zeus. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, consuming coffee, ginger molasses cookies and podcasts, running, and taking cycling, yoga and strength classes. Learn more about Kellie at www.treetopcoaching.com.
